2018 in Review: What did we learn about the silent era this year? Take the quiz!

Only a few days remain in 2018 so let’s take the opportunity to find out what we learned in the last 11 and a half months. It’s quiz time!

I gathered up some interesting questions from the silent films I reviewed in 2018 and I hope you will have some fun with them. I tried not to be as diabolical as I usually am with these things.

Update: I neglected to set the quiz to show the answers to participants! Sorry about that, I fixed it.

The sources for the answers are listed below. If you have trouble displaying the quiz, here is a direct link.

Psst! I am leaving some space between the quiz and the answer key just in case you don’t want hints.

Oops! I just realized that I neglected to set the quiz to show results to the participants!

I went ahead and set that up and opened the quiz for multiple users in case someone needs to retake it.

Thanks! Only missed one question, so 90%! That’s pretty good considering I thought I’d flubbed at least four. So I’m not a “D” student in Silent Filmology after all 😀
