Vote for your favorite Silent Sherlock Holmes!

Now that we have concluded the Silent Sherlock Holmes theme month, it’s time to vote for our favorites. Join me in choosing the best Sherlock Holmes elements of the silent era.

Here’s a fun little survey to help determine who is a true Sherlock and who needs to go back to elementary. I hope you enjoy it! If you need a refresher on the various Holmes versions, here are some links:

The Eclair Series

Sherlock Holmes (1916)

The Stoll Series

Sherlock Holmes (1922)

A quick reminder before we get started: please vote for these performers based only on their portrayal of Holmes characters, not other roles you may have enjoyed. Happy voting and may the best Holmes win! (Yes, I have a preference but I won’t tell you until the voting is over.) The survey will remain open until 12:00 noon (PST) on November 12, 2015.

(There are some “order from best to worst” questions on the survey. If you are using a mouse or laptop trackpad, simply click and drag each name to where you want them. For mobile users,  all you have to do is select the box beside the name and give it a numerical rank, 1 being the best and 3 or 4 being the worst.)

If you have trouble viewing the survey, here is a direct link. I haven’t used Polldaddy’s “order” polls before so here’s hoping it all works well. If it’s buggy in mobile, give it a try on a laptop or desktop. Thanks for participating!
